I think we will end up with a new stadium. The old argument was about the Viking's lease until 2011. It's almost 2007, so planning needs to start now. Also, with the Twins and Gophers getting new digs, the "no public money for sports" argument doesn't hold much water. My fear is they'll build something downtown, and we'll be in the same tailgating predicament we're in now.
As for TJ's original question, they already found Bin Laden, but they won't tell us until just before the 2008 elections. Also, hell froze over years ago, but it's been classified Top Secret by the CIA. Am I the only one that thinks the Vikings are headed to the Super Bowl this season?
